A former regional communications professional at Agilent Technologies and Osram Opto Semiconductors, Alexis brings deep cross-cultural fluency across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, and beyond. She has facilitated global leadership programmes for German MNCs, designed 8-country training rollouts, and coached senior management teams at luxury automobile groups across Thailand.

Today she partners with HR and C-Suite leaders to close a persistent performance gap: employees who are technically capable, yet hesitate to take ownership, think independently, or step up without direction. Her work addresses the EQ foundations of ownership — self-awareness, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, and motivation.
